US Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon

The United States Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon is one of the most popular all-weather, multi-role fighter aircraft in the world. In total, more than 4,500 Vipers have been flown by more than 25 different countries. A lightweight design, the F-16 weighs less than 20,000-lbs without fuel, while it’s single engine produces more than 27,000-lbs of thrust.

The Viper’s unique bubble canopy offers the pilot unparallel visibility and its high-G tolerance provides superior maneuverability. Both of these features are highly valuable in combat environments, but also make the Viper the ideal platform for the USAF Thunderbirds demonstration team.
