The Abbotsford International Airshow Society, from time to time, has a variety of employment opportunities available. Posted positions may include full-time, part-time and contract opportunities.

Executive Director

Posting date: December 1, 2021

2022 will be the 60th anniversary Abbotsford International Airshow. For Jim Reith, it will also be his final Airshow as President. Jim has been President since 2013, and before that he was a long-term Board member. During his tenure as President, the show has prospered and developed positively.

Last year in 2020, the Airshow was cancelled for only the second time in its history. However, the event returned in 2021 in a new drive-in format and was a great success despite unfavorable weather, a closed international border, and continuing health restrictions. In 2022 we are looking forward to returning to our full event format and continuing to grow the Abbotsford Airshow as “Canada’s National Airshow”.

The Airshow Board is starting a search for a replacement to lead the show into the future.
